Established in 1974, Thaisin Industries is one of the first companies in Thailand to manufacture self-tapping and machine screws. Thaisin has a strong understanding of industries like automotive and electrical appliances, having worked closely with several multinational clients on their requirement. We work with clients even at their product design stages to fine tune CAD-CAM product drawings before their actual production begins. Dimensional Testing
inspection for size and comparison with standard specifications
Drill-speed Testing
determine time taken for a fastener to penetrate a specified material thickness
Visual Testing
viewed for proper plating, coloration and inspected for negative characteristics such as cracks, seam, bursts, laps, nicks, folds, void, tool marks and gouges.

At Thaisin, our service comes with a smile. Above that, we believe in systems that are reliable and customer-friendly. For example, our bar-coded tracking system allows us to track your order from order entry through final inspection and shipping. Our bar-coded check out system insures that the correct nut screw bolts are shipped and identifies the carton the product is placed in. You will also receive an email of the packing list with shipping information the same day your nut screw bolt ships.

We work with top universities in Thailand to develop tests on tensile strength, heat treatment, yield strength, ductility, malleability, creep, stress and plating. Some of these tests are then adopted in our processes to further define our concept of quality.

Thaisin has a yearly capacity of over 10,000 metric tonnes, facilitating products
in DIN, JIS, ASTM, ANSI and IFI quality inspection standards. We have
achieved the TS16949, ISO 9000:2000 and ISO 14000 standards in order to
